Pipeloco is a trade journal about design and engineering — the systems, standards and small decisions that make things work.

We are not here to chase trends. We write about the underlying grid: the specification that quietly holds a product together, the tolerance that makes a joint last, the decision nobody notices until it is wrong. Function first, always.

What we cover

How we work

Every piece is reported by someone who understands the subject at the level of a working practitioner, edited for precision over flourish. If we recommend a method or a supplier, it is because we would specify it ourselves — never because a placement was paid for.

• Function over decoration. If a detail does not earn its place, it is cut.
• Verified, not asserted. Claims are checked against a source or a test.
• Published on schedule. The Index runs on a fixed cadence, not when it is convenient.
